Software License Agreement
Product ID License
A separate and unique Product ID license is required for
each Definity®, Audix®, or CMS system being monitored. If
a site includes a Definity G3r system with Intuity Voice Messaging, 2 Product ID
licenses are required for that site.
Discounted pricing
We make every effort to keep our price per license as low as possible
so that AlarmTraq can be affordable to organizations and business of all sizes.
Our unique licensing program means that AlarmTraq is just as affordable for a small
business as a larger organization.
If your organization is a registered charitable organization we may be
able to provide discounted pricing at our discretion. Official government
proof of charitable status is required in all cases without exception.

do not include schools, other education facilities, nor other government funded
facilities.
Upgrade pricing
Updates and service packs are downloadable at no cost to existing customers for one (1) year from purchase date. Since AlarmTraq became available via the internet, users have received
dozens of new features free of charge, as they were made available.
We are in development of the next generation AlarmTraq that is taking
advantage of the latest in technical development tools and will include many new
features, as well as expansion on existing features.
