How do I update or upgrade AlarmTraq to the latest version?

In order to upgrade AlarmTraq to version 5.2 you must be running version version 5.1. Go to the Upgrading or Updating Our Products page and follow the instructions to get all the necessary information for upgrading.

If I purchase AlarmTraq, will I get it on a CD? 

By default, the software your purchase is an electronic copy. Unless you specifically order a CD, which involves an extra charge, you will get an electronic version, implying that you will have to download the software.

Can I get AlarmTraq on a CD?

If you order online, you have the option of buying a Backup CD. Note: Backup CDs are sent through standard mail and can take up to eight (8) weeks for delivery

Are there trial versions for AlarmTraq?
