In order to upgrade AlarmTraq to version 5.2 you must be running version version
5.1. Go to

it on a CD?
By default, the software your purchase is an electronic copy. Unless you specifically
order a CD, which involves an extra charge, you will get an electronic version,
implying that you will have to download the software.

If you order online, you have the option of buying a Backup CD. Note: Backup CDs
are sent through standard mail and can take up to eight (8) weeks for delivery
