Default Email
Notification
Default Email Address - Enter the technician's
email address or distribution list address. This email address will be the default
email address assigned to any new or undefined Product ID's.
Email Profile - Enter the profile used by
Microsoft Outlook. To display all the profiles on your computer,

Open the control panel

Select the "mail" icon.

Click on the "Show Profiles" button.
The default used by Microsoft Outlook in Corporate/Workgroup mode attached
to an Exchange Server is "MS Exchange Settings".
Major Alarm, Minor Alarm, Warning - Select
which types of alarms that should be sent to the technician's email address. This
only applies to technician email notification, customer email notification is assigned
on the "Customer Profiles" form.
