Email Notification

Use Dispatcher
Select this checkbox to use a dispatcher template for email and pager
notification (Default is 'enabled'). For more information on Dispatcher
templates
click here.
Template
Select a dispatcher template to be used, the template named 'Default' will be
assigned to any new Site-Profile added to the system.
Tech Email 1
Enter an email address to be notified when an alarm occurs for the selected
site. If you wish to add more than one email address, seperate the addresses
with an ; symbol
(joe@abc.com; jane@abc.com). This option is disabled when
using Dispatcher.
Major Alarm
Select this checkbox to be notified by email for all Major alarms for the
selected site.
Minor Alarm
Select this checkbox to be notified by email for all Minor alarms for the
selected site.
Warning
Select this checkbox to be notified by email for all Warning messages for the
selected site.
SMS Format
Select this checkbox to be notified by email using SMS (Short Message Service)
when sending email for the
selected site. This option is used when sending as a text message to a mobile
phone when the number of charactors is restricted by the service provider. For

Start Time
Enter the start time of day that email notification will begin for the selected
site.
End Time
Enter the end time of day that email notification will stop for the selected
site.
