Field Descriptions for Site-Profiles Site Tab

Product ID
Used to identify the system. The Product ID is a ten-digit number that begins with 1 for CM system, 2 for VM systems and 6 for IP Office systems.

Alt Product ID (Optional)
Used to identify the 2nd server (Server B) in an S87xx system. When an S87xx system uses the same modem line for both servers, you will access the active server when connecting through the modem. By entering the 2nd Product ID in this field, a single Site-Profile can be used for both Server A and Server B.

Disabled
Used to disable notification for a given site. typically this would be used to stop email notification for a given site when a service contract has expired or you anticipate unwanted alarms due to planned system maintenance.

Company Name
Used to identify a name for the selected site.

Account Number (Optional)
Used to identify an account number for the selected site. This is informational only but is required when integrating with 3rd party CRM system such as Tigerpaw and MS CRM.

Tenant
Used to identify the tenant number for the selected site (Default = 1). The tenant number is used to provide unique reply-address and logos when reselling the alarm monitoring to another business partner or service provider. For more information of Tenant groups click here.

Contact Name (Optional)
Used to identify the contact name for the selected site.

Contact Phone (Optional)
Used to identify the contact phone for the selected site.

Contact Address (Optional)
Used to identify the contact address for the selected site.

Contact City (Optional)
Used to identify the contact City for the selected site.

Contact State (Optional)
Used to identify the contact State for the selected site.

Notes (Optional)
Used as a memo field to enter notes for this site. This information is typically included in any email send to support staff when an alarm occurs for this site.
